  • Dave ACCURATELY diagnosed the likely problem with our A/C within 60 seconds of turning the unit on, installed the replacement part less than 5 minutes after that and had it purring like a kitten from that point on. Our appointment window was 5pm to 9pm, but Dave called at 11 am-ish to let us know he was ahead of schedule and asked if he could come early, and this was on Memorial Day Monday! AND their rates were extremely reasonable - I would have happily paid double what they charged me for that level of prompt, professional service. Also, I've forgotten her name - shame on me - but the receptionist who answered the phone on Saturday was very sweet and courteous. Legacy will be the first and only A/C service company I'll ever call in the future.
