  • We have had ILM now for 9 months at our HOA, as a board member I personally voted to increase our landscaping budget and spend over $200 MORE a month for ILM. ILM Brings a smaller crew than our previous company, they are here for a shorter period of time, and the leadership at ILM is just one excuse after another. We approved a job to redo the plants in our park, they ripped up all the dead plants (plants that were alive with our previous landscape company, but died under their watch) and replaced them with plants that didn't even fit the overall look of our community. We have 72 homes in our community, home after home has had issued with ILM, from their failure to properly maintain the plants, to just skipping sections of the community. I have pulled tape from our cameras showing that ILM doesn't maintain the homes and just walks by the houses. If you want a landscape company that will overcharge for every repair, will fail to properly supervise their employees, or just fail to do their job, hire them! I have included the pictures of a few of our 72 homes, just as an example of how well ILM does their job. UPDATE:: on 11/6/15 ILM's owner commented that he was going to reach out to me to discuss, however it has been 10 days since and no contact. This is typical ILM Service, they are just talk. UPDATE:: on 5/12/2016 Lamplight cottages at Santoli has spoken with ILM and the matter has been satisfactorily resolved.
