  • I can not believe this company SPRINT, there is no where to fix phones you can't even talk to the people on line customer service to help you. I talked to 5 people just today and they kept dropping my call . I have used there service for 15 years. trying to get a address changed as simple as that they can't do! To order a new phone send a old one back they can't do! on line can't do! I have had to buy out two phones that were on lease due to the fact they cant fix now!!!!!! I am on a third one and have to do the same. I have 9 phones this is bad service. Then they sent my stuff I order off line to some where else never got credited it back because I did not have product REALLY!
