  • Contacted Melissa's Pet Sitting through FaceBook on August 1st after seeing her and thanking her for the help she does with volunteer work with Henderson Animal Shelter Adoptable Pets. I mentioned in my chat with her that I was looking for a cat sitter for my 2 cats in early October. She responded with a few questions, ex: Do you live in Henderson, because she is only licensed in Henderson, which I said YES. She then told me to book appointment as soon as possible with her as she books up fast. I explained I will have exact dates and time in about an hour and sent it to her with 35 minutes. Sent her the dates and time through FaceBook, never got a response. I waited 2 more days, went to her website, filled out contact form *which says "will respond in 24-48 hours". Again - NO RESPONSE. This lady does amazing great things to get pets rescued and adopted, but when it comes to her pet sitting, I could not even get a response in 15 days.
