  • UPDATE: The owner did come over to talk to us and told us she will work on training her employees on how to handle people who cut in line. She also did comp one of our entrĂ©es which wasn't necessary but appreciated. I've been here 5 times and 2x we've had some issue. Previously it was with a large party for happy hr where our waitress told us a certain beer was 1/2 price but not on our final bill. She did later remember and adjusted the tab but having issues 50% of the time doesn't seem like good odds. Overall I do like their food and atmosphere but not too impressed with the overall service. OLD REVIEW: It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review but I feel this place lacks proper management and is a bit chaotic. Let me preface this by saying I've been here before so this review is not based solely on today's experience. We arrived at 4:55 pm and we're told it would be a 20 min wait. We were seated at 5:45pm. The problem was that as tables opened up people coming in would sit in them bypassing the dozen or so people waiting. Myself and another lady told the hostess but they still served them!!! This happened 4 separate times...why bother having a waiting list if you are not going to honor it.
