  • My wife and I recently decided we need a one story home, due to recent knee surgeries. I wanted to keep our house as a rental, My wife wanted to sell. We were driving to go grocery shopping, and drove by Marshall Sterns Real Estate, we decided to stop in and ask for advice. We had the privilege of meeting with Sean Marshall. We knew in the first 2 minutes, we liked this guy. He listened to every concern we had, he gave us options and spent over an hour with us. We ended up keeping our home, which is being managed by Marshall Sterns, and we bought a one story through Sean. We will use these guys for any Real Estate situations we get ourselves in..:) From Driving by and stopping in, to get where we are now, in one month is incredible. Dreams do happen!
