| - When dealing with this company, be prepared to deal with a group of incompetent nincompoops. If you ask three different people the same question, they will give you three different answers. I should have ran as fast as I could in the opposite direction when the salesman (Scott) tried to get me to sign a contract with them that had been dated for the previous month. When I brought it to his attention, he wanted to know if it would "make a difference". All of the signs, I ignored because they had the exact car that I was on the market for. When I asked a question about them contacting my references, the salesman, Soctt, clearly told me that they would only need to contact them if I was ever late on my car payments. Needless to say, that was a lie! After he lost my first page of references, I was called back to the office to fill out the exact same form. Then later on that same week, I was called back to the office because the guy who did my inspection put the wrong VIN in the computer. Therefore, DMV would not allow them to register the car to get my plates. So when I get back to the dealership, another guy takes my car, leaves the lot with it, in order to take it to be inspected. So now I have wasted my time and my gas and now this guy is driving around on my gas as well. They did offer to clean my car for the "inconvenience". I have only had this car two weeks. However, I am already starting to regret doing any business with this group of incompetent nincompoops.
