rev:text	I have stayed at the Hilton many times and thought about trying Zapata's but finally decided tonight was the time to try them as I love Mexican food. I was surprised to come in on a Thursday night and find so many people in the restaurant, always a good sign. I ordered a chicken dish over rice with peppers, onions, and mushrooms that was awesome. I have another trip next week to Charlotte and I will be coming here again as this now my favorite Mexican restaurant in this area.
