| - If I could give negative stars I would. We went to this McDonald's tonight and I have to say there are a bunch of stupid people who work at this Mcdonalds. I'm sorry to call them stupid, but I call it how I see it.... How I'm greeted, treated, and how the all around service is and believe me... I'm being nice when I call them stupid. First the guy who worked the drive-thru is rude with no personality(he definitely doesn't care and doesn't want to work). Because of his don't give a crap attitude, he ended up charging us for someone else's order which we didn't catch until we pulled up to the next window. When we got to the next window, the girl told us we didn't pay for our order. We looked at our receipt and sure enough we paid for someone else order. The girl asked for our card again, then disappears with it. They took several minutes then finally came back with our card (I'll need to check my credit card account daily for fraud now). They charged our card again for our actual order, then gave us cash for the first order we were wrongly charged for since they couldn't figure out how to subtract the amount. Gee what a shocker! Then we were told to pull over to the side of the building because our food wasn't ready yet (we were already in line for 8 minutes). We waited another 10 minutes on the side of the building, and still no food yet. Finally my husband went inside to find out what the heck was going on. He was told our food still was not ready, so he asked for his money back. What he saw inside McDonald's was the shocking part, and we will NEVER go there again. NOT ONE employee was wearing gloves while handling the food, the employees who had long hair were not wearing hair nets, there was an employee cooking food in street clothes along with a backpack on his back, not wearing a work uniform, and the place was filthy. Most of the employees were unpresentable.....what the heck, any of this a health Hazzard?? Oh and the manager that gave my husband his refund didn't know how to speak English very well at all either. Are you kidding me, who is doing the hiring at this McDonald's?? Don't waste your time going here, the people who work here are a bunch of rude, uncaring, disrespectful people who just don't give a crap about their appearance or their job so why the heck would they even care about the customers. Whoever is the franchisee if this McDonald's need to open his/her eyes and clean this place up!
