  • Pharmacy is hit or miss nice that it is 24 hrs but the communication is lacking. today I dropped off my RX with a female tech @ the drive thru 10am and was told she'd send a text when it was ready. I've been having MAJOR dental work all week had to go from regular DDS to Endo and on different pain meds cause they aren't working. at 430pm I call because I've got no text. Was told by another tech that Pharmacist was waiting for me to come in. REALLY!!! Then that he'd left me a message!! Where I've been home in PAIN waiting! she quickly cleaned it up and said sorry and for me to call the dentist please. Problem for me is they are closed until Monday now had Walgreens told me this 4 hours ago when they got the news I'd be out of pain! Sorry does not fix everything especially tooth pain your follow thru and customer service in the pharmacy needs help! NOW
