Quite possibly the worse service I've ever experienced. They only get away with it because they are one of the few games in town that does pre-approval for hearing aids under HPN. Every three years I am forced to endure their services again so they can confirm I am still deaf, and then insurance will cover hearing aids. You have to call the "appointment dept" and leave a message, and they will call you back when they feel like it, if ever. Then they told me one time over the phone and another time when the automated service called to confirm. It takes a long time to get in, and then I had to reschedule. I'm sure the staff is permitted to treat their patients this way because Dr. Foggia's bedside manner is just as bad. I came in for difficulty hearing at age 40, thought it was due to allergies. He walked in and told me I had the hearing of an 80 year old and I needed hearing aids, gave me a referral for aids, and then abruptly walked out. I was stunned because I was not expecting that, and actually sat there crying in disbelief. I dread going back there every year!
