  • I am not happy with what happened to my IPAD AIR. The person that fixed the problem said that we had a 100% Guarantee (LIFETIME) and when we go the IPAD it was already semi-lifted (as far as the glass goes). They said that it would not lift at all when we picked it up..later it started lifting. Also, there was a black small grid look to it that they said it would go away when they replace the glass. That black grid look never went away. The glass started lifting as my kids would play on it and now they don't want to honor their 100 percent guarantee. They are very rude when they asked to honor their guarantee. They spoke back to my wife and had a rude demeanor .All we wanted is for them to fix what they started and to not lie about the black grid squares leaving the glass. These people are completely unethical. That is HOW THEY MAKE THIER MONEY. They don't fix your ipad (or they leave it in a condition where it breaks in a month or two) and they charge you again. They wanted to charge us 40 dollars again. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF TIME and don't go there!
