  • I called the number on the ad last Sunday to schedule an appointment to view one of their homes. The young lady that picked up was very unprofessional and asked me if I called there before, my answer was no because I had never contacted them before. She starts to laugh then say well then how do you know about the home? My response was "umm I googled rental homes in that area and this was one of the homes that popped up!" Like why would I lie. She then starts to laugh again. I was seriously thinking I'm being pranked or something. She then asked about my credit score and if I've had any prior evictions. But at this point I'm no longer interested. If a leasing company starts off this unprofessional then I'll pass.
