  • I went & saw Ivan 3 times. First time was in the night and everything went smoothly. Second time, I was the only client but he booked meetings during my service. He forgot or lost track of time & I was over processing! He turned my hair gray. Then he asked his bitchy receptionist to wash me out, she left soap & product under my scalp. I informed her & she tried again. The third time, he added a charge for a conditioning service that I wasn't made aware of that was extra money & again he booked a meeting with a guy to buy scissors. I was super pissed, and the timer was going off to wash me out for 5 minutes before the receptionist washed me out. Ivan is nice, but disorganized, he wonders why his clients don't return a 3rd or 4th time, and to have a client sit and over process because he booked a meeting is not good for the client at all.
