  • I'm not sure I've ever been here when it was NOT Happy Hour. Still, RA has a great HH, and you should check it out. Almost all of the appetizers are delicious and discounted. I think RA has some of the best Tempura dishes around. Their wings are tasty too. Good drink specials...although their beer selection isn't stellar. There's always music playing in the background--different volumes depending on which day of the week it is and what area of the establishment you're located. It can be either dance-floor thumpin' or just background noise. Move to a different part of the restaurant accordingly. Service is decent. Barely friendly (but enough), and frequently slow. Overall, solid choice for an occasional Happy Hour. This isn't a regular stop though.
