  • This is my new go to place for bubble tea even though I have a Chatime just minutes away from me! Their grapefruit green tea is so incredibly refreshing with grapefruit pulp mixed in a light tasting green tea. A little sugar is enough to sweeten the drink. It's perfect on a summer day. Their ginger milk tea is my go to drink for this fall and winter. The ginger spice is strong and nicely balanced with the creaminess of the milk and a touch of sugar. Mango aloha is a nice change from the typical mango slush variety offered at other bbt places. The iced cocoa was very chocolatey and I can't wait to try it hot to compare. Their egg waffles are a bit more expensive than I'd like to be honest. However, they manage to make egg waffles that are crispy on the outside but chewy and dense inside - this is how I like it. The ones made at other Chinese places are crispy and that's about it - hollow and empty inside. Bubble tea + egg waffle = Always a nice quick treat
