  • Great Customer Service here, when my car broke down that I rented, Although it was not a good thing that I broke down on a California highway, we drove our second car (we had 2 cars) to the nearest Enterprise for a replacement car and they were not helpful or sympathetic at all, it took me calling the original branch in Vegas were I rented the car from for me to get the help I needed for my family and I to get back on the road and off the highway! I asked for a manager and spoke to James Silva, he immediately apologized for what happened and got on the phone with roadside and made sure we were taking care of, he also took care of me when I returned the replacement car here in Vegas, I truly recommend this branch.
