  • My fiancĂ© and I tried to make a pick up order. The lady who answered the phone was named ASHLEY was EXTREMELY RUDE. She gave us attitude during the entire call, when we asked how long it would be before we could pick up she said "HOW ARE YOU PAYING" we said I'm sorry how long will it be and she yelled "HOW ARE YOU PAYING" we just gave her the credit card number and then she asked for the address, zip code, and a bunch of other strange extra information. Then she said the machine didn't work and asked for it again. We told her never mind and hung up. We order from blueberry hill every week and they have never asked us for any of these things besides the credit card. ASHLEY need to be spoken to as treating your customers horribly will make sure you have no customers. We love them so much especially the Marilyn parkway they are so amazing and kind. I will never call or go to this location again!!
