| - This was my second visit to Facelogic. I purchased the second facial through Groupon. The facial was very nice, even excellent. Admittedly, I was anticipating being pushed to buy products afterwards as this was what occurred on my first visit. I also remembered that I felt that the owner pushed the membership package and was put off when I declined.
As expected, there were products waiting for me after the facial. One of the products was a mask and I had been considering buying this type of product. It was 54.00 which I thought was very pricy but the box was about 2" deep so I thought that there would be a fair amount of product. Since I have very sensitive skin, I asked about the return policy. I was told it could be returned within 30 days.
Later, when I took the product out if the box, it was only 1/2 the size of the box with the packaging designed to keep the product snug inside. I found this to be really off-putting. I used the product and it was very nice and tingly however the next day my skin was very dry and tight. So I planned to return it.
There were two women being waited on when I arrived. The owner tried to sell the membership which they both declined. He then thanked them and told them to enjoy the sunny day. The owner greeted me and I explained that I needed to return a product that had dried my skin out. He said he could exchange it for another since I had already used the product. I explained that I was told the prior week that it could be returned if I had any problems with it. The owner then asked me angrily "who told you that?" I was like 'whoa!' He then asked me for my card and processed the transaction. When he handed my card back, he never said one more thing to me, such as, I am sorry you had a problem, perhaps next time we can try some more gentle. Or, simply, have a nice day and enjoy the sunshine, as he had said to the previous guests. I could not believe how rude he was to me.
This guy should not be in a customer service role. I will never return to this spa again.
