  • Being hundreds of miles from the ocean I was not expecting great sushi and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of their sushi at this restaurant is by far some of the best I've ever had. The service was incredible and they had a wide variety of really original rolls with very unique flavors. It's tucked away in old town Boulder so you will need directions. It's a small restaurant with seating for 20-30 maybe. The decor could use a little refresh. But it's clean and very well kept. Their Sushí is really exceptional. Enough that I would consider making the drive from the Vegas strip especially if it was a busy weekend or visit the Hoover Dam and stop for dinner on the way back to Vegas.
