  • Wow! So disappointing!! Extremely poor customer service and overpriced everything. If you are looking for a warm and welcoming holiday environment this is NOT the place for you. Once they finally acknowledged us (and that took some time) they treated us as if we were an annoyance for checking out! Not even the customer service basics- hello, thank you- were there, god forbid a happy holidays. Very uncomfortable and uninviting. I am all for supporting local businesses, but don't waste your time or money here! You'd be better off going to home depot....at least they sometimes smile there!
