I have mixed feelings about my experience with AzTec. It was a very beautiful building. the staff was caring and compassionate. Dr. Flores was a nice man. I felt like they had all the state-of-the-art equipment a pet owner could ask for. the downside was, I brought a very sick dog there and was assured that she was healthy enough to have a surgery. I was concerned for her to have surgery because she was 16 years old. she did not survive the surgery. I had to pay a $2,200 vet bill and my baby died. the staff was great while I was beside myself in pain. I had my dog cremated, when I picked her ashes up they gave me a special clay paw print keepsake. I just wish we hadn't done the surgery.
