  • Was rear-ended and needed body work. Was not sure where I should take my car because I never had to get body work done. Google searched in my area and saw that Innovative Auto Collision had excellent reviews. Based on their review history I figured I give them a call, was very impressed with the entire process from start to finish. Everyone that I spoke with was extremely helpful and kind. The only thing that bothered me slightly was my car was in the shop for six days and I had not received a phone call letting me know the status, I called them to find out how much longer they would have my car. I did not deem it necessary to knock a star off their rating for this because like I said their customer service was outstanding and the work they did was flawless.
