  • I phoned in an order for a hand tied bouquet - I asked for it to be colourful. They were nice and said no problem. I asked for Gerbera Daisies to be incorporated as the recipient is a fan. When I picked it up it was the ugliest thing I have ever seen. The colour palette was Orange and Baby pink. Baby pink and Hallowee'en orange - Are you kidding me? The tissue they used was also orange - it was the most hideous thing - I almost didnt give it to the person I was so mad. I should have said something for sure at the time but I was gobsmacked. Never again.
