  • My first few experiences were fine, but the quality here has since dropped off. The guy that started the pedicure this time skipped several steps, was completely distracted, and splashed my pants that were rolled above my knees with water. I had to ask for someone else to take over for him because he clearly did not know what he was doing. The second person did a nice enough job finishing up, but the whole thing took significantly longer than usual, the owner did not apologize or try to make things better in any way - poor customer service. Considering it is also more expensive than some pretty good competitors, I am not sure I will be spending money here again.
