  • Worst experience ever!! The company sent a coupon and when I called to set up I asked if there were any other fees. They said no and that it was $6.95 per room, $2 a stair and a $15 service fee. I was expecting a $70 fee. When they got here they quotes me $130!!! That's twice as much! I told them to forget it and they could leave. On principle alone I wouldn't pay that much because I find it so unethical. The main guy was not even nice about it. Did the whole let me call my boss and see if we can do something. The next quote was $150 and two more rooms. I'm sorry guy, you're going In The wrong direction! I told them no again. Next call $100...Um still no!! Finally came down to $10 more than I was quoted and told them fine. When I asked how I could pay they said cash only which was not specified on the coupon. Luckily I had it. Salesperson was so rude and condescending!! Will never ever use this company again!! Disgusting!! If I could give -0 stars I would!!
