  • The only good thing about this company is that they are saving me $500 since they alone led us to decide to not renew our home warranty. They are contracted through our home warranty company and are dispatched for multiple services. The same guy who could not fix our dishwasher after two attempts was the guy who was sent out months later to service our AC. In short, they're rude and incompetent (except the girl in the office, she's only ever been friendly). By the way, I ended up fixing the dishwasher myself after ordering the part on Amazon and watching a YouTube video.
