I have been going to Nam's for many years, they've probably changed management and maybe owners and chefs. One thing remains I've never been disappointed. My current favorite is the Hunan Beef. It crispy well flavored and the little bit of sauce is excellent. My all time favorite is the Nams fried rice. I think it has a unique sweeter flavor than most fried rice dishes and come with an egg on top. The general tso is common pretty good. The sauce isn't too sweet, if you let it cool down it isn't so hard you can't eat it. Sometime general tso gets fried and too hard, but nams is much better than that.
Everything else I've had is pretty good, not the most amazing, but good to very good.
