| - I got a Yelp account solely for the purpose of writing this review, my experience was that terrible. I have never had such an awful experience at a health care providing establishment. I got to the clinic at 8 am and wasn't brought back into a room until 9:15, where a nurse swabbed my throat and said I would hear the results in "three minutes." Thirty minutes pass and I hear the PA, the only male working at the time, chatting it up with the ladies right outside my room. The PA didn't see me until 10:30, asked to swab me again because he was unaware that the nurse had already done so, and then proceeded to tell me why every symptom that I have isn't actually a sign that I was sick. I then asked to leave if he wasn't going to help me at all and he finally admitted that my throat was a little red and that my ear looked inflamed (it's been incredibly painful for the last five days, and I even rated my pain a 7 upon entering your clinic) so he prescribed me antibiotics, which took him another half an hour of me waiting alone in the room to do.
I have never been treated with such disrespect from a place that is supposed to help people. Upon checking out at the front desk, the receptionist proceeds to tell me that "everyone is sick right now," insinuating that my sickness didn't matter to the clinic. Also, she claimed that they had seen 20 patients already when everyone that had been in the waiting room when I was taken back was still sitting in the waiting room.
Hopefully this will help you choose NOT to go here, because it was a terrible experience.
