Probably the worst apple genius bar experience ever (in Canada and the US). I didn't want the entire team to take his fault so I am giving the overall experience 2 stars. I would opt to give 0 star to that one member (his will not be named). Basically he told me over and over again what my cell phone's problem was without providing a viable solution...what a waste of my time. He even attempted to explain the problem to me in binary code. His solution was to simply STOP using the phone...ah...so I should stop using apple products in general? Perhaps Apple should reconsider their hire. If I had made the effort to make an appointment to address a problem, I expect that it be solved. I am so disappointed.
