  • I have been with Reuben for a number of years and he's done a commendable job with our insurance. Recently however we needed to move from him as he really dropped the ball on two cars purchased for our children in a divorced situation. He didn't research who owned the cars and wrote the policies in the ex-spouses name even though there were no ownership. This left me completed exposed as I wasn't insured and furthermore they couldn't change the policy without the ex-spouse approval and she wouldn't grant it. As such, I had to leave SF and go to another agent.
