We have our sister in the Heights, the staff goes out of their way to keep us informed (Kayla) of her condition and needs. Above all, the Heights is kept very clean. Any time we visit, the rooms and area around are well maintained.
The staff usually has activities for the patients to do daily (bingo, transaction to area stores). No convalescent home is awesome, but in my sisters case, she is well taken care of and looked after by the staff.
One area of improvement would be to add parking. We have noticed an extreme shortness in staffing
