  • I've been going to this salon consistently for years. Recently the service has changed. They are very rushed by whoever is in charge so it's not a very relaxing experience. Yesterday I took my mother in for mothers day and we both got mani pedis. Mine turned out good but my mom had french tip gels and they looked horrible. It looked like my 4 year old son did them. She went ahead and paid but didn't notice how bad they were until she went outside. She went back in to ask for them to fix and she insisting on cutting the side of her nails off where they forgot to put nail polish. They ended up cutting her finger and so she asked for her money back. The head lady refused and said only if they scrapped off her gel. To preserve her nails she reclined and just walked out. The lady in charge was very rude and disrespectful. She told my mom to continue to talk and get no where or let them do what they want to try and fix her nails. The only fixing is removing and redoing which they refused. All is good when you get the right person but if you have a problem or not happy with your services... well good luck!
