  • I've had Embrace for three years now and I couldn't be happier. I am also a Veterinary Technician and have worked extensively with them helping our clients with their claims. I have to say Embrace is by far the easiest company to deal with from the Veterinary side of claims. They have also given our clients the least amount of run around vs some of the other veterinary insurance companies. I'm sad to see so many negative reviews but after reading through them the feeling I get is that people just don't understand their policies. Embrace goes out of their way to help you understand what you are paying for, all you have to do is pick up the phone and ask. Their customer service department is fantastic and wait times are practically non-existent. As a Veterinary Technician you might be thinking, sure I like Embrace because they pay me to like them. Nope, that's not the case at all, quite the opposite in fact. I pay them for my policies and still I talk them up every chance I get! The only benefit I get from talking up any Pet Insurance company is being able to avoid that heinous conversation I have to have with people when their pet is in dire straights requiring costly surgery or diagnostic testing and they can't afford treatment. For my clients who already have Pet Insurance they are able to take the cost equation off the table and focus on what's important, their pet. I don't know about you but my pet's are my kids and all the wonderful advancements in veterinary medicine come with a price tag. I don't want to be staring down a $3500 estimate for back surgery and look into Gwen or Olive's eyes and say I'm sorry baby, Mama can't afford this. That is just not an option and Embrace makes that possible.
