  • No matter how much you pay on time, deal with their terrible response time for maintenance, or how clean you leave your home you still get scammed out of your security deposit. One would wonder why an owner would choose this company as their property manager. After a bit of research I discovered that they own the homes. They take no pride in their ownership, the home wasn't very nice when I moved in and I left it in as nice of shape when I moved out. The only inaccurate thing about this review is the one star. Yelp wouldn't let me leave zero stars
