  • I had always wanted to try hot yoga, and when I saw the $40 unlimited yoga for a month on Dragonfly's website I bought one. At first, all the sylph-like women floating around the studio makes it seem kind of intimidating, but the instructors and staff are so, so nice and helpful! Whatever classes you take you can be sure you won't be forced or even asked to go beyond your comfort level--if you're not ready, you're not ready! The instructors also go around the class and help the students perfect their poses, which I think is really great. Some of the classes are really tough, but the cool-down period is long enough that you can regain your senses before class ends. They've also got complimentary herbal teas in the lounge/lobby area! This place is a real gem, so if you've been curious about hot yoga, I'd recommend Dragonfly.
