  • i regret purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, i have purchased a 07' subaru legacy and within 3 weeks. i came across a brake failure, i then went to the shop at smart motors, had the technicians check it out. they say everything is all fine. when the previous day, the brakes barely work and had almost caused a collision! i tried to get them to produce a document stating that their liable for any brake failures, signed and date. but yet they refused! so there was no point in them saying everything is fine! skip a long to a reputable dealer, even though they have plaques/ awards on the walls does not mean anything! they will sell you a lemon with out you knowing! i called up a private shop and asked for a quote, all 4 brake replacements came up to $500! SMART MOTORS IS A SCAM!
