  • I use to go here regularly for my oil change and tune ups. In December my breaks started making a funny noise. They checked it out and said it was fine. My breaks continued to make that noise so I went to a break specialist where they showed me my break pads were completely gone. The sound was metal rubbing on metal. I reviewed Power's service reports and it became clear they never even checked and LIED on the service reports. They stated my break pads somehow became thicker from September to December. This place has awful customer experience and couldn't care less about your vehicle.
