  • I will never buy anything else from this company. We purchased two leather loveseats from them. Over $2000. We checked them out immediately after delivery Mon. 8/31/15. We lifted the cushions and on both loveseats. Both the loveseats and cushions had a white powdery substance in the pattern of mildew on them. It was odorless so, probably not mildew. I called customer service and I was asked to send them pictures which I did. They called back and said they appeared to be contaminated and would replace them. Two days later they sent out two more Wed. 9/4/15. They too had this substance so, the delivery man took pictures of all four loveseats. He said he would report this to his boss. We didn't hear from them after two days so, I called customer service again. They said an exchange was scheduled for Sun 9/6/15. Even though we had not been notified. I asked to have the loveseats removed because we didn't know what we were being exposed to. They said they wouldn't pick them up until they delivered another pair of loveseats. I asked if we could get a refund and was told they have a NO RETURN POLICY. This is even after they can't seem to provide an uncontaminated product. They get your money up front so, BUYER BEWARE.
