  • The boarding was fast but the service was terrible. Me and my girlfriend went on this boat tour and the guy getting our drinks was very rude in our opinion. We ordered two bottles of water, when the waiter came to bring us the water and I paid he said the following "Oh.. tips are not included in Quebec I just want to tell you that". I'm from Europe myself and we tip when we got good service so I was going to until that moment. After we went inside the boat a waiter came up to us and I asked for the menu card since I wanted to order an sandwich but the waiter never returned for the remainder of the tour (1 hour!) which i thought was ridiculous!
