  • Me and some girlfriends came here for a girls dinner and it was a splendid evening! Chez Simone doesn't take reservations so we waited longer than we would have liked for a table for 4 (over an hour on a Friday night) but it was well worth in when we were sat at a bar table near the front of the restaurant. The wait staff was excellent, personable (and cute!), the atmosphere was lively (perfect for a Friday night) and the food and drink were both equally delicious. I particularly enjoyed the roasted chicken, which our waiter informed us was the 2nd best in the city - next to Ramado's. I really liked how wine and beer came in small and large sizes - allowing me to try several different varieties. I would go back again and again
