  • Nathan was extremely helpful. I called him up today and told him that I was driving a rental car which means I wasn't spending money on its tires but needed to get it checked because it had a low pressure advisory. Although there was just less than an hour before closing with lots of cars in line to get done, he told me to still bring it in. And although he wasn't going to be able to fix it if it, the best thing he can do is check which tire was losing air and fill it up with air so I can drive safely back to my hotel. One of his employees who took care of me was also very helpful, professional, and friendly. He made me back the car up a little bit at a time so he can check for a nail. He did not find any and I had a feeling it was just low because the pressure wasn't too low. And they did not even charge me a dime. I gave a tip to the worker as a thank you. Overall, they are as good as any tire shop can be despite their smaller size. Courteous, helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. Sure beats Big O Tires a few miles away.
