  • Terrible service from the incompetent staff continually, and when I tried to report it to the office manager she never returned my call, even though this involved a $60 refund. On another occasion I showed up at 2:07 for a walk in appointment and they turned me away because they don't take walk-ins after 2 PM, even though I had tried to call in to let them know traffic was extremely thick and I was coming from central Vegas. But I was on hold for over five minutes!! Rosita, has terrible customer service and situation problem solving skills and no empathy or compassion. PS I have been here probably at least six times, and the service is always terrible. The only reason I keep coming back is Dr. Chang. Hopefully the office manager will finally respond to this, and Dr. Chang will take note of it and get someone new.
