  • I wish I would have done my research first but I didn't and now I'm paying for it. It took them almost 3 weeks to replace a broken washer. I am such a clean person yet they charged me $460 to clean the house when I moved out. I believe They know someone from Accountable All-Stars Cleaning because when I reach out to to that company to get a quote, they were quite concerned about who referred me. My bill was also labeled as commercial cleaning which obviously it's not. They also charged me $65 to power wash the garage. I was there for only 6 months and the only vehicle that parked in there was a brand new car. So if it truly needed to be clean it probably should have been cleaned prior to my move in. I didn't complain about things being dirty or broken when I moved in. In fact when I moved in the floors were so filthy that I had to mop three times to get it decent. I'm a good tenant and I just fixed it or cleaned it on my own. It's really sad that they take advantage of good tenants like this. I would never rent from them again and I would never recommend them to anyone.
