  • I am definitely a fan of J. Crew in Southpark Mall so I was definitely excited to hear about the J.Crew Mercantile store coming to Park Road Shopping Center. Knowing 'Mercantile' was their outlet brand I was even more excited, different options than the store and great deals, that I have seen at other J. Crew outlet stores. I have now been a few times and will admit I have never left without buying something. Customer service is on point. From the minute you arrive to your check out someone in there to assist, with a smile on their face. They all seem to really like their jobs. From a shopping perspective, they offer a wide variety of items, women's, men's, kids, shoes, jewelry, etc. So, like I said, if you can get out of there without buying something I am jealous. I will admit I also love the fact it is in a shopping center. You can grab lunch, run an errand or two and shop without dealing with the mall and the mall traffic, and yes, it can be worse than Park Road Shopping Center parking, ha ha! A great new edition to the area!
