I took my dog in for a first time visit for a nail problem. Did not have a difficult time finding the location. Was greeted by a friendly receptionist. We went into a room to wait for the vet. Unfortunately, the wait ended up being 30 minutes due to the prior patient, which I can understand. Things happen. My main concern is how does the vet interact with me and my dog? And she did a wonderful job! My poor baby had to have his nail 'yanked' off from the quick since it had separated and it was just hanging there. She had an assistant hold him and did it quickly.
Afterwards she discussed antibiotics and possible complications. She also listened to my concerns and answered my questions with no apparent rush. Prices are also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
Oh, keep in mind there is a bird cage in the waiting room and a bell that rings every time the door opens. If you have a dog that barks at birds in cages and a bell that rings every time someone goes in and out, they might ask if you want to wait in a room.if one is available. That's what they did for me!
