  • After more than five years since my last visit, I decided to make a special run to Brooklyn Pizza Parlor. The pizza was good, but not extraordinary. I ordered one "meatza" pizza and a cheese pizza. The sauce was mildly sweet and the crust was chewy, slightly thicker than my preference. The cheese had good flavors while the meats were generally less flavorful than the best in the area. If Domino's is a "C" pizza, then Brooklyn is a "B+". Much better than average, but not quite in the league with the best in these parts. At the price, I'll look elsewhere for my next pizza fix, while not regretting my long deferred choice.
