  • I'd like to share my experience with an amazing employee, Clifton...Unable to find oven lights that fit and not enjoying cooking in the dark, I went to Spencer's on Scottsdale Rd. and asked for help. Clifton went on line, tried to troubleshoot for me...when all to no avail, Clifton actually came to our home, spent an hour of his time and permanently fixed the problem, at no charge!:) Clifton was a blessing and we so appreciate his efforts, going above and beyond. I have also written a letter to his Mgr., John, as this is a young man who is loyal, ambitious and dedicated to his job and customers...how refreshing! Thank you bunches, Clifton!!! We have purchased all of our appliances at your store...will go to you if we need more and will highly recommend you to our family and friends who may need appliances. Annamarie & Jeff
