  • We just got back from our trip and are so pleased with the customer service at this location! We were greeted by a friendly face at check in and wonderful service upon getting our car. Upon noticing the amount of luggage we had and that it wouldn't fit very comfortably in the car we had chosen, Shamrendra instantly offered us the next level up so we could fit free of charge. He was quick with recommendations of places to see on our trip, directions, etc. Drop off on the back end was super quick and easy as well, no surprises. The ONLY downside was our exchange rate wasn't that great to USD but not something the employees at this location are able to control. Thank you Enterprise!
