  • Broadstone Arts District is a very nice apartment complex! They have events throughout the month for residents and the amenities are wonderful. However, the walls and ceilings seem to be very thin. I can hear every step my upstairs neighbors take throughout the day/night which is louder than expected. I would suggest living on the top floor or having a tolerance for hearing the constant thud of your upstairs roommates.
